During the procedure of change of status in Peru, the applicant cannot leave the country without a Travel Permit.
This Permit is issued by the Immigration offices (Migraciones) , foreigners can request several Permits as the maximum duration of each one is 30 days.
TRAVELLING OUT OF THE COUNTRY WITH MINORS RESIDENTS
Foreign residents under 18 years old who travel without their both parents should request an authorization to travel out of the country. This authorization is issued in Peru by a Public Notary.
